Cora Energy Turkey, an experienced renewable energy EPC contractor and investor, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Site Engineers to join our team. The selected candidate will initially work in Turkey and have the opportunity to transfer to our Nederland office after gaining valuable experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all on-site activities related to solar energy projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Oversee equipment installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, resolving technical challenges and optimizing project performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Requirements:
- Experience in the solar energy industry: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the solar energy sector, including experience with site management and construction activities. Familiarity with solar power plant installations and associated equipment is highly desirable.
- Fluency in verbal and written English: Strong English language skills are essential to effectively communicate with international colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational work environment: The candidate should possess excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills. Experience working in diverse teams and an understanding of cultural differences will be highly valued.
- Self-disciplined and hardworking, with a strong work ethic: The successful candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach to work, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They should lead by example and take ownership of their responsibilities.
